Embrace Relaxation & Meditation Classes

My relaxation and meditation classes are held every Tuesday at St Aldhelm's Church, Edmonton, North London. The class is a great way to learn how to relax, and teach your mind and body how to switch off.

 Start the week feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready

  • In my weekly meditation and relaxation classes, we will be learning how to still our minds and calm our bodies using simple meditations, breathing and grounding techniques and visualisations which are perfect for beginners.
  • No experience is required, just come along with a willingness to try. 
  • Please contact me before you come to ensure your place, or to ask any questions.
  • You will need to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat if you have one.

Sessions:

             Every Tuesday from 7th May 2013 (except school holidays) 

             at 6.30-7.30pm

    Cost: £6.00 per person
