Embrace Relaxation & Meditation Classes

 Start the week feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready

My autumn relaxation and meditation class will be held at The North London Yoga Studio in Grange Park, North London. These classes are a great way to learn how to relax, and teach your mind and body how to switch off. 

 Come and dedicate a space in your week, just for you.

  • In my weekly meditation and relaxation classes, we will be learning how to still our minds and calm our bodies using simple meditations, breathing and grounding techniques and visualisations which are perfect for beginners.
  • No experience is required, just come along with a willingness to try.

How to find us:

We are conveniently located directly opposite Grange Park railway station which is on the First Capital Connect line from Letchworth Garden City via Stevenage and Hertford North to London Kings Cross.

All trains stop at Finsbury Park. The service from the station runs to Moorgate on weekdays until 9.31pm and into Kings Cross after 10.00pm Mondays to Fridays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You can also get connecting trains into Kings Cross or central London from Finsbury Park at any time.

The W9 which operates the bus route from Enfield to Southgate stops right outside and of course you can also drive.

Parking
You can park free of charge on the single yellow lines on Vera Avenue on Sundays.
